We performed a paid media and influencer campaign for Visible, a low-cost phone app by Verizon.

During the initial seven day flight, we drove over 20.000 installs - outperforming all other channels in both cost and volume.

We were tasked with driving impressions across social media platforms while their commercial was airing during the Super Bowl.

They requested 20M impressions within a 30-day window to support multiple campaigns. We effectively and efficiently drove brand awareness by pushing teasers, articles and ultimately the Super Bowl Commercial through our distribution Network, gaining over 27M Impressions in 3 days, driving over 100.000 Website Clicks, while retaining budget to support additional campaigns and retargeting during the month.

Global Pictures Media, LLC is a unique financier and full-service Media Planning and Placement company with a revolutionary approach to assisting with the finance and media planning for theatrical releases. We utilize our strategic partnership with Evergreen - Partners. Who is in a partnership with Horizon Media, to create a targeted media plan and support a campaign developed in conjunction with each distributor’s marketing team. Reaching the film´s target audience at the lowest possible cost while maximizing response provides us the ability to maximize the film´s return. A well - planned and thoroughly - executed media buy is the key to a successful ROI of the film´s advertising budget.

P&A FUNDING

Our strategic business model complement our capacity and willingness to finance the media campaign of our clients. Besides the financing, we also offer to make an investment of 30% of the marketing budget into these same companies we do business with to help with their growth. This way we form a loyalty bond between the companies contributing to each other’s benefit. We guarantee the most competitive prices due to our high volume of media purchase.

P&A Loans are senior secured and funded on a “Last-in, First out” basis. Additionally, debt/mezz investors will recoup before Global Pictures Media which will further mitigate risk.

100% of a film’s production costs are subordinated to P&A Loan recoupment.

P&A Loans are cross-collateralized against each picture’s US revenues (Theatrical, VOD, SVOD, DVD & TV).

GPM and Distributor determine the size of the P&A loan based on in-depth analysis, testing and market research of a picture’s potential.

The recoupment of a P&A loan is governed by a lockbox collection account management agreement (CAMA’s) which receives all film revenues.

Target films shall have broad commercial appeal for wide release, in color, with English Language, at least 90 minutes long, with no more restrictive than “R”.

We will engage the same qualified third party testing companies used by the major studio distributors to determine the playability by testing Pictures across diverse audiences. We will utilize these same testing companies to determine the marketability by testing for the effectiveness of marketing materials with specific target audiences identified by the playability testing. We will also conduct awareness testing, tracking the effectiveness of the marketing materials leading up to opening weekend.
